A 25-year-old man hired a band to perform at his birthday party in Tijuana, Baja California, and killed the band's vocalist and injured another musician with gunfire. The victims were found dead and injured at a private event in the Ciudad Jardín neighborhood. The suspect and other partygoers fled the scene without being apprehended.
