CAF President Patrice Motsepe has pledged to implement the CAS decision on Senegal's appeal after they lost the Africa Cup of Nations title, aiming to restore confidence in the governing body.

Confederation of African Football (CAF) president Patrice Motsepe on Sunday said he would implement the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) decision on Senegal national football team’s appeal after they were stripped of their Africa Cup of Nations title, as the governing body moves to restore confidence following the controversial final.
