A group of five former top officials from the Mexico's Center for Investigation and Security National (CISEN) have published a book warning of the country's deteriorating intelligence capabilities. The former agents, who collectively have over 200 years of experience in national security, urge the government to prioritize civilian intelligence and take steps to prevent external threats.
