Mexican Congress Schedules 12-Day Break During Easter
Mexico's Congress has approved a 12-day break during the Easter holiday, starting from March 26th, to allow lawmakers to recharge after marathon sessions. The congress will reconvene on April 7th. The decision comes amid tensions over the upcoming electoral reform, with the ruling Morena party facing opposition from smaller parties. The Congress also discussed the growing concerns over security, with the president of the lower house, Kenia López Rabadán, stating that the party is committed to unity.
