The Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) of Baja California Sur activated the Protocolo Alba after a 23-year-old woman, Naydeli Jatziri León Castillo, was reported missing on March 10th. She was last seen in Todos Santos, a municipality in the state. Authorities are searching for her with the help of local channels.
