In a joint operation, Mexican authorities have arrested nine suspects linked to narcomenudeo, extortion, and kidnapping, seizing 300 kilograms of marijuana, drugs, vehicles, and trucks. The operation was conducted in various locations, including Azcapotzalco and Tultitlán.
