Baja California Sur Animal Brigade to Protect 293 Rescued Dogs
A volunteer animal brigade from the Baja California Sur government will be formed to safeguard 293 dogs rescued from the Refugio Franciscano shelter. The secretariat of the Environment has offered to have local civil society accompany and observe the transfer.
