An indigenous business owner in Oaxaca, Mexico, has spoken out against land dispossession and family violence, calling for a gender-sensitive approach to his case. Efrail Juárez, a 57-year-old resident, made the appeal to the Superior Court of Justice in Oaxaca and the State Attorney General's Office.
