Baja California Sur Journalist Sentenced to 19 Years in Prison

A Baja California Sur journalist, Luis Enrique Ramírez Ramos, has been sentenced to 19 years in prison for his murder. Another suspect, Samuel Rodolfo Vizcarra Velarde, has been found guilty and will serve a 19-year sentence. The family of the victim believes the sentence is insufficient, considering the severity of the crime.
