How Hoy No Circula Works in CDMX and Edomex on March 26
The Hoy No Circula restriction will be in effect from 5am to 10pm in CDMX and some Edomex municipalities. Vehicles with green engomado and plates 1 and 2 will be prohibited, while others will be allowed depending on the day of the week.
