The University of Autónoma de Baja California Sur (UABCS) in La Paz, Baja California Sur, recently hosted a Francofonía festival with various activities to promote the French language and culture. The event featured students, faculty, and local community members, and was attended by the university's rector, Dante Salgado González. This year's festival marked the 200th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Mexico and France.
