Access Cards for Neighbors of Azteca Stadium Set to Be Ready by World Cup

The Coyoacán municipality has announced that residents of the Azteca Stadium neighborhood will be able to register for access cards by April, despite the Secretary of Mobility for Mexico City denying that these cards will be used during the upcoming World Cup match between Mexico and Portugal.
