2 CFE-run power plants fined for polluting La Paz area

The Federal Attorney for Environmental Protection (Profepa) fined two power plants in La Paz, Baja California Sur, for emitting pollutants without sufficient controls. The companies were ordered to comply with environmental law after years of complaints.
