A Swedish businessman has failed to clear his name after a Hong Kong court dismissed his appeal in a rape conviction case. Patrik Tobias Ekstrom was sentenced to seven years in prison for raping his domestic helper. The conviction was upheld by the Court of Appeal on Tuesday.
