A 27-year-old man is hospitalized in critical condition following a suspected motorcycle hit-and-run on the highway leading to Valle del Carrizal in La Paz. Paramedics transported the victim to the Juan María de Salvatierra General Hospital with severe leg fractures and head trauma.
