Acting Mayor Amor Fenech announced that La Paz municipal president Milena Quiroga Romero is requesting an additional 10-day leave of absence. Quiroga recently participated in the Morena internal process for the 2027 gubernatorial coordination, which ultimately went to Manuel Cota.
