Firefighters Rescue 15 Trapped by Flash Flood in La Paz
Local firefighters successfully rescued 11 adults and 4 children trapped by rising waters in the San Blas arroyo. The group had climbed a rock to escape the sudden current and were brought to safety without injuries.
