Gnosis Safe Wallet Drained of $7.8M in Restaked ETH Via Malicious Hook Pool
An attacker exploited an Ethereum-based Gnosis Safe wallet for approximately 2,900 rsETH tokens worth around $7.8 million. By leveraging a flawed authorization check and a public keeper multicall, the exploit redirected the wallet's Uniswap v4 module to a malicious liquidity pool. Security firms including BlockSec, Blockaid, and SlowMist confirmed the transaction was front-run by an automated bot named yoink.
