Governor Víctor Castro Cosío reported that around 2,000 people in Los Cabos are using illegal electrical hookups, known as 'diablitos', which cause voltage drops and create severe fire hazards. State officials and the CFE plan to meet soon to address land regularization and tackle these dangerous grid connections.
