CFE announces 740 billion peso investment plan with 54% private backing
The Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) plans to invest 740 billion pesos by 2030 to modernize infrastructure. Over half of the funding will come from private sector partnerships to avoid increasing the state company's debt.
