Authorities have arrested Javier Efraín and Luis Felipe N for running a fraudulent investment scheme across five states that promised unrealistic annual returns of up to 50 percent. The multi-million peso scam targeted numerous unsuspecting victims before law enforcement finally caught up with the siblings.
