A 21-year-old man named Moisés Aner 'N' was bound over for trial and placed in preventive custody for an alleged homicide in Cabo San Lucas. The State Attorney General's Office stated the fatal shooting occurred inside a home in the Lomas del Sol neighborhood on August 2.
