Spanish Interior Minister Fernando Grande-Marlaska reported that the death toll on the Ceuta coast has risen to 75 following mass migrant arrivals from Morocco. Meanwhile, authorities have successfully returned 70,000 of the 72,000 individuals who crossed the border back to Morocco.
