INE Forms Commission Against 'Narco-Candidates' for 2027 Elections
Mexico's National Electoral Institute (INE) has unanimously approved the formation of a commission to combat the influence of organized crime in politics. This new body could review up to 800,000 candidate profiles for the 2027 electoral process.
