Moroccan migrants are reportedly crossing into Spain via the Atlantic from the Canary Islands at an alarming rate of 200 people daily. In response, Spain's Ministry of Interior is deploying 70 additional armed forces personnel to reinforce the Civil Guard in Ceuta.
