Mexico's Secretariat of Public Education (SEP) has ordered the suspension of activities at the Ignacio Zaragoza Militarized Academy in Puebla due to the "militarized education" model lacking legal foundation in the country. The SEP stated that neither the Constitution nor the General Education Law permit educational services under military modalities.
