The Autonomous University of Baja California Sur (UABCS) will host its third Interlibrary Forum and Bibliographic Merit Award on November 12-13, 2026, in La Paz. This event aims to foster dialogue and share experiences on the vital role libraries play in promoting culture, inclusion, and equitable access to knowledge. It seeks to develop a regional agenda for library development in Baja California Sur.
