Mexico's Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit (Hacienda) has given 'unsatisfactory' ratings to three banks: Banco Bancrea, Banco Credit Suisse (Mexico), and Banco Shinhan de Mexico. While most institutions received satisfactory evaluations, these three failed to meet performance standards.
