A vulnerable Hawksbill sea turtle, an endangered species, was rescued off the coast of La Paz thanks to a citizen report. After receiving care and rehabilitation, the turtle was successfully released back into its natural habitat. This effort involved Profepa and the Mexico Marine Wildlife Rescue Center.
