Mexico Wins Favorable Ruling in Vulcan Trade Dispute, Damages Awarded Minimal
An arbitration panel has issued a ruling largely in favor of Mexico in a trade dispute with Vulcan Materials Company, dismissing most of the US$1.53 billion in damages sought by the company.
