Gamma-Ray Pulsations Detected from Extreme Millisecond Pulsar 3,900 Light-Years Away
Chinese astronomers, analyzing data from NASA's Fermi telescope, have detected gamma-ray pulsations from a millisecond pulsar named PSR J0435+3233. This pulsar is located approximately 3,900 light-years from Earth.
