Mexico's Attorney General's Office (FGR) found a second clandestine mini-refinery in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, confiscating over 109,000 liters of hydrocarbons. The operation, part of an anti-fuel theft campaign, also uncovered storage tanks and transport trucks.
