On Saturday, July 25, vehicles with Hologram 1 and even-numbered plates, all vehicles with Hologram 2, and out-of-state vehicles are restricted from driving in Mexico City and surrounding areas. The restrictions are in effect from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
