Construction has officially begun on the Bahía Asunción-Punta Prieta highway in Mulegé, BCS, a joint project by SICT and the state government. This modernization aims to reduce inequality, improve connectivity, and foster social and economic development for over 5,600 residents in northern Baja California Sur. The first phase, investing 145.56 million pesos, will complete 10.5 kilometers by 2026.
