La Paz is piloting an innovative air-to-water drinking fountain at La Pitahaya sports center. This system extracts moisture from the atmosphere to create potable water, aiming to provide a sustainable solution in a water-stressed region without using existing municipal resources. If successful, this technology could expand to other public high-traffic areas.
