The heads of Mexico's Navy (SEMAR) and National Defense (SEDENA) met with US NORTHCOM Commander Gregory M. Guillot in Veracruz to discuss bilateral cooperation. This meeting is part of ongoing reciprocal visits aimed at expanding strategic collaboration.
