Invasive Plants Increase Mosquito Populations in Low-Income Urban Areas
A study found that invasive, nonnative plants, more prevalent in low-income neighborhoods of Baltimore and Washington D.C., contribute to higher mosquito populations, increasing disease risk for residents.
