Hong Kong Issues Fines and Warnings for Smoking at Construction Sites
Since the implementation of a citywide smoking ban at construction sites last Friday, Hong Kong authorities have issued nine fixed-penalty tickets and 110 warnings. Over 200 sites have been inspected.
