Authorities have arrested two individuals, Gilberto 'N' and Andrik 'P', suspected of involvement in the January attack on Movimiento Ciudadano deputies Elizabeth Montoya and Sergio Torres in Culiacán. They were apprehended with weapons, tactical gear, and drugs.
